By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Products
All products are made to order. Slight variations in color, print alignment, or texture may occur. This is part of the nature of custom-made garments and not considered a defect.
2. Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check all sizing, design, and shipping information before checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, violation of terms, or product availability.
3. Shipping
Our products are manufactured and shipped from our production partner overseas.
Delivery may take 7–20 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are beyond our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because every item is made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size, change of mind, or buyer error.
However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. If it's our mistake, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and brand assets are the intellectual property of [Above All Else]. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission.
6. Taxes & Duties
Customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes, duties, or import fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.
