Every piece is custom-made just for you — which means we do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering mistakes.

However, if we made a mistake like sending the wrong item, a damaged product, or a major defect we’ve got your back. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll offer a full refund or send a replacement.

Requirements for issue-based refunds:

  • Contact (aboveallelse.streetwear@gmail.com) at within 7 days of receiving your order on contact page.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition.
